Our Early Childhood Centre provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, embracing families from diverse backgrounds. We foster inclusivity, respect, and collaboration, reflecting our dedication to quality early childhood education in our admissions policy.
2. Admissions Criteria
Age Requirements
Children must meet the age requirements specified for each program:
| Babies | 45 days – 13 months |
| Toddlers | 13 months – 34 months |
| PreK/FS1 | 35 months – 47 months |
| KG1/FS2 | 48 months – 60 months |
Priority of Admission
Priority will be given to siblings of current students. Children from families with cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic diversity will be welcomed to promote an inclusive environment.
Inclusive Early Learning Centre
Twinkling Stars ECC is an Inclusive Early Learning Centre, our admission procedures adhere strictly to the KHDA Inclusion Guidelines. We ensure that all applications are treated fairly and without discrimination based on cognitive or any other educational needs that fall outside the norm.
3. Application Process
Application Form
Parents or legal guardians must complete and submit the official admission application.
The application form should be accompanied by the required documents, including the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and any relevant medical information.
Assessment: Each child will be assessed on age appropriate developmental matter of EYFS to ensure that our programs meet their individual needs.
4. Fees and Payments
The fee structure, including tuition, registration fees, and any additional charges, will be clearly communicated to parents.
5. Payment Schedule
A payment breakdown schedule will be provided to parents outlining the due dates for tuition and fees for all terms.
6. Special Educational Needs
The Twinkling Stars Early Childhood Centre is committed to providing an inclusive environment for children with special educational needs.
The centre will work with parents to support the individual needs of each child.
7. Parental Involvement
We encourage parents to be actively involved in their child’s early education and to participate in the life of the centre through volunteering, attending workshops, and engaging in parent-teacher meetings.
