Foundation Program & Day Care
Foundation Class 1 (AGE 3-4 YEARS)
In FS I, educators provide opportunities for exploration, investigation, and creativity. Children are encouraged to make independent choices and develop a shared understanding of spiritual, social, and cultural diversity. Respect and care for others and the environment are also emphasized. Super Scientists Room is dedicated to children in Foundation stage I, where the activities are designed to further improve gross and fine motor skills.
To Qualify for FS I, Your child must age by 31st December: 3 years
The curriculum includes learning the alphabet through Jolly Phonics, numbers, presentation, verbal reasoning, an introduction to reading and writing, and more complex arts and crafts.
Daily activities include learning centers, library corners, home centers, role play, dressing-up corners, block building, playdough molding, circle time, group games, songs, and storytelling.
Foundation Class 2 (AGE 4-5 YEARS)
The aim of FS II is to prepare children for a smooth transition into Reception classes at the primary level. Daily activities continue to develop children’s critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
This helps them build resilience to face challenges and make informed decisions. The EYFS program for FS II focuses on practicing letter recognition for reading and recall for spelling.
To Qualify for FS II, Your child must age by 31st December: 4 years
Amazing Astronauts Room is dedicated for activities such as Oral blending, segmentation, and recognition of high-frequency words are taught as part of pre-reading skills. The mathematics program uses a multi-sensory approach to develop skills such as addition, subtraction, measuring, grouping, and sequencing.
